✦ Phu Tai Renu Nakhon ethnic group, immigrants had moved from the left bank of the river to the right bank of the river which was considered as the first ethnic group that immigrated to Thailand. The first settlers came to Thailand concerned with a disagreement and argument of the family.

✦ They have then settled their community in Dong Wai Sai Bok Gae community or known as Renu Nakhon at the present time. After that, different groups of Phu Tai people migrated into the area and have approached this community to look for any of those who seek the same blood as Phu Tai in Thailand. Later, Phu Tai Renu Nakhon people have interacted with a group of Kula or Thai Yai who were migrated from the trade.

✦ Phu Tai Renu Nakhon people have a relationship with art and culture, particularly the dance that has involved with the way of life such as dance for medical treatment and dance for rocket festival relating to agriculture and farming system. Significantly, there was a traditional dance form in accordance with his majesty King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit command on 13 November 1955.

✦ As the King and Queen had a royal visit to Wat Phra That Phanom Woramahawihan, Nakhon Phanom Province, The King and Queen invited all ethnic groups in Nakhon Phanom Province and the nearest area to do dance performances in front of the throne. In addition, Phu Tai Renu Nakhon community has considerably significantly developed the Phu Tai dance and other dance performances. As such, there have been increasingly a number of dances from the past to the present in order to serve its society.

✦ Phu Tai Renu Nakhon community has been preserving its uniqueness and identity of dance performances. From the point of preserving the dance uniqueness and identity of Phu Tai Renu Nakhon ethnic group, as a result, the education system has introduced the dance of Phu Tai Renu Nakhonfrom its basic level to higher education. This community has been honored to represent the province up to the motto of the province. As a result, Thailand is a nation-state, which is disseminating the dance of Phu Tai Renu Nakhon to an international stage. It has been made the community aim at the importance of conservation and development of dance continuously and sustainably.
