Thai-Style Statue of Thao Wessuwan 🇹🇭

Thao Wessuwan or Vaiśravaṇa (वैश्रवण : Sanskrit) is the leader of all ghosts and demons and is one of Thao Chatulokban who protects the earth in the northern direction.

 

The large statues of Thao Wessuwan can be seen in front of the gates of many temples and has also become a popular amulet in Thailand to protect people from the evil spirits and to attract financial gain.
