Phimai Temple is one of the largest Khom temples in Thailand, located in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Built in the late 11th to early 12th century, it was dedicated to Mahayana Buddhism. Phimai Temple's architectural style and layout influenced temple architecture in what is now modern-day Cambodia and served as a prototype for the construction of Angkor Wat.
