Sak Kha Lai (สักขาลาย) is a traditional Lanna thigh tattoo that symbolizes manhood, courage, and endurance. Featuring animal and symbolic motifs inspired by Buddhist and Hindu beliefs, the practice has been influenced by Burmese culture for over 250 years.
