ยันต์เก้ายอด - Nine Peaks/ Spires

Gao (เก้า) means 'number nine' whereas Yord (ยอด) means 'peak/ spire'.

Yant Gao Yord refers to the nine wonderful qualities of the Buddha, which are shown in the form of the nine spiers. Its magical power is believed to protect the wearer against evil spirits and all forms of “Black Magic”.

Thai Sak Yant and Yantras have a strong influence on the neighboring country, Cambodia. Recently, Cambodians have adopted and copied the style of Thai Sak Yant tattoos, especially after the famous Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie came to Thailand to get a Sak Yant tattoo from Ajarn Noo Kanpai.
