"ไทอีสาน หรือ ชาติพันธุ์ไทลาว" Thai Isan (Isaan, Isarn, Issarn, Issan, Esan, or Esarn) or Northeastern of Thailand.

 

Thai Isan is Tai -Lao ethnic in northeastern Thailand may be called "Kon I-san"(คนอีสาน). In the narrower sense, the term refers only to the ethnic Lao who make up the majority population in most parts of the region.

Thai Isan in Roi-Et province which is the group of indigenous people spreading in the province since ancient times, and a group with cultural patterns that migrated from Vientiane and Champasak, Tai-Laos people live in every district in Roi Et province, and some areas live together with other ethnicities.
