✦ "Soeng Bang Fai" is a ritual and performance that has been passed down since ancient times.

The dress "ชุดศรัทธา: the faith dress" in Rocket festival at Roi-Et province, northeastern Thailand, wears long sleeves with indigo dyed shirts, decorated with colored threads and buttons, wearing a sarong or a mudmee sinh against the Tin sinh, at the waist would hang a bell or a cow bell, wearing a Kab Soeng hat (หมวกกาบ: Isan embrodiary hat), draping a red sabai-Kid obliquely over the shoulder, wore nails made of bamboo wrapped in colorful cotton or holding a native umbrella, composing folk instruments and dancing.

✦ A Rocket Festival (Thai: ประเพณีบุญบั้งไฟ, Lao: ບຸນບັ້ງໄຟ, romanized: Bun Bang Fai) is a merit-making ceremony traditionally practiced by ethnic Lao people throughout much of Northeastern Thailand and Laos, in numerous villages and municipalities near the beginning of the wet season.
Celebrations typically include preliminary music and dance performances, competitive processions of floats, dancers and musicians on the second day, and culminating on the third day in competitive firings of home-made rockets.
Local participants and sponsors use the occasion to enhance their social prestige, as is customary in traditional Buddhist folk festivals throughout Southeast Asia.
